3. Property Selection -- Your agent will assist you with selection the right property for your purchase. We can show you any property listed in the MLS. Let us represent you as a Buyers Representative so that we can give you the full benefit of our advice and options about the properties we see.
4. Option Period -- Normally when you purchase a home you will have a period during which you can inspect the property for any defects, negotiate any repairs and be sure the transaction is what you want. When buying a newly constructed home or some bank owned properties this period may not exist. You are always encouraged to inspect any property you are purchasing and to have all contracts reviewed by an attorney.
5. Closing & Funding -- After all repairs are finished and the loan paperwork is completed and the title research is finished, then we go to Closing & Funding. Closing is the process of signing all the documents that transfer the title and establish the note on the property (if applicable).
